Shipping

Shipping options and costs are listed in the checkout process on the website.

Exact costs depend on geographic location and size of order.

We do our best to ship orders within 5 business days from receipt of order.

For international orders: customs, duties and/or other taxes & fees may apply.

We do not pay for, or are responsible for, any of these charges.

Returns

We currently do not offer a return policy. All sales are final.

As such, we highly encourage the purchase of the sample kit in order to experiment with and become familiar with our products.

Safety

Always use neat oils in dilution.  Our products are not for use directly on skin.

For external use only. Not to be ingested or taken internally.

If product gets into eyes, flush with water. Consult MSDS.

Keep out of reach of children.

The user is solely responsible for the safe handling and use of our products. We assume no responsibility or liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of our products.

If you are pregnant or nursing, or have any medical condition that is or may be affected by essential oils, fragrant ingredients or raw materials, please seek the advice of a health professional before using our products.

Ingredients

The Palette Naturals® collection of 100% natural perfumery blending accords is developed in strict compliance with the ISO9235 definition of aromatic natural raw materials.  To the best of our understanding and knowledge, all blends are compliant with this benchmark.

As part of our pledge of transparency, each of our products (“100% natural perfumery blending accords”) is offered with the following documentation:

IFRA Statement of Use; Certificate of Natural; Ingredient Listing; and MSDS/SDS, (IFRA go to www.ifraorg.org)

It is the sole responsibility of the user to follow or choose to follow the directive of the IFRA Statement of Use.  Palette Naturals®, 40notes Perfume™,  and related companies hold no responsibility for the use or misuse of formulation, blending, or end-use concentrations in users’ finished product.

 

Palette Naturals®, 40notes Perfume™  or related companies shall not be liable or held accountable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of this website or the use or misuse of our products.  The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Palette Naturals®, 40notes Perfume™ or related companies from and against all losses, expenses, damages and/or costs including attorneys’ fees.

(or obtained by other methods as described in the ISO9235 definition of aromatic natural raw materials). As such, these materials may naturally vary from crop to crop, year to year, due to climate, harvest, yield, geopolitical, economic, or other variations.  We do our best to maintain consistency in our offerings. Slight variations in color and/or olfactive impression may occur with the use of 100% natural raw materials.
